Remember to wear sensible clothing and enclosed leather shoes to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the workshop. Each day is from 10am to 3pm with an hour for lunch.

Empowering Women in Woodwork & Joinery

$120.00

Women can join Woodchix for $120 per financial year (pro rata monthly) & $10 per visit; receive hours of workshop time on Thursdays from 12noon to 3pm &/OR Saturdays from 9am to 12noon. First & most importantly you will be trained in all aspects of WHS, the use of hand tools, machinery & be guided by a female instructor. The majority of materials are supplied and guidance will be given on your timber purchase or can purchase timber from Woodchix.
