Woodchix reserves the right to alter advertised timetables. If this occurs all students will be notified by text and email and the event will be rescheduled or a full credit/refund will be applied to your account.
We are unable to provide make-up classes or reimbursements for individual missed lessons.
If you need to cancel your enrolment in the term, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fill your place.
CANCELLATION and REIMBURSEMENT
Must be in writing to woodchix.info@gmail.com and subject to the following conditions:

More than 14 days before the block begins – Full refund available.

Between 14 and 7 days before the block begins – 75% refund

Less than 7 days before the block begins – No refund available UNLESS Woodchix (or yourself) are able to find a student to fill your place.
Reimbursements outside of the above conditions are at Woodchix discretion.
